THE FINALS launched in 2023 and quickly became one of the top multi-platform first-person shooters, but after the beta launch, it saw a noticeable drop in player retention. To help turn things around, they partnered with Ichi Worldwide to not just amplify their social media presence but build it from the ground up.
 
Between season launches,  we created always-on social assets and content series to keep interest and excitement high, as well as educating new players to different game modes, mechanics and weapons.
